Vegan Oatmeal Balls

These are easy and fun to make, plus a great breakfast treat!

Prep Time: 6 minutes | Bake Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick baking spray. Set aside.

      2. In a large bowl, add bananas; mash completely with a fork. Add oats; stir completely until combined. 

      3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and transfer to baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool on baking sheet 3 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. 

Makes 12 servings.
