Rebecca lives in downtown Chicago with her albino ferret, Squishy. Her passion for food and cooking blossomed after working at a small-foodie boutique public relations company. Since then, Rebecca has traveled internationally to discover tasty dishes for her family and friends to enjoy. She is well known for her simplicity and healthy approach to her recipes – not to mention adding a personal and thoughtful touch to every plate.

Her other hobbies include biking (yes, Chicago streets are bike friendly), wall-climbing, skiing, golf, and of course, VIDEO GAMES! When she’s not cooking, you’ll find her playing Elder Scrolls with her favorite glass of Pinot Noir at her side.
