Breakfast Sammies

There's nothing more satisfying than feeling full with zero regrets. That's how we feel after we consume this morning delight!

Ingredients

4 slices Artesano™ Bakery Bread
2 shallots, halved, caramelized
1/2 avocado, roughly chopped
2 thin round slices mozzarella cheese
8 fresh basil leaves
4 eggs, sunny-side up
Pepper to taste

Directions

      1. Toast bread slices, as desired. Spread avocado on bread slices. On each bottom half, layer cheese and basil, folding to fit. Top with sunny-side-up egg. Add pepper, as desired. Place top half of bread slice slightly to the side, cut side down. Garnish with shallot.

Makes 2 servings.
