Kale Salad

Ingredients
4 cups kale, chopped
Mozzarella cheese, chopped
1/2 cucumber, quartered
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Salt
Pepper
Low-fat Poppy Seed Dressing
Directions
- In a large bowl, add kale, cheese, cucumber, onions and sunflower seeds; stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Stir in dressing, as desired.
