3 large ripe tomatoes, diced2 garlic cloves, minced6-9 fresh basil leaves, chopped1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt1 loaf baguette, toasted and slicedFresh Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinaigrette, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
Place tomato mixture on sliced baguette. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese, as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
