Bruschetta

Tomato season is upon us, and we try to enjoy the fresh taste while we can compared to store-bought. Don't you agree?

Ingredients

3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
6-9 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette 
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 loaf baguette, toasted and sliced
Fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions

      1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinaigrette, and salt. Stir until fully combined. 

      2. Place tomato mixture on sliced baguette. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese, as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. 

      3. TIP: Let tomato mixture sit overnight before serving. The flavors will enhance, pinky promise!
