Tomato season is upon us, and we try to enjoy the fresh taste while we can compared to store-bought. Don't you agree?

3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
6-9 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 loaf baguette, toasted and sliced
Fresh Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinaigrette, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
Place tomato mixture on sliced baguette. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese, as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
