Beyond Beef Goulash

So so so so so so so good!

Ingredients

16 ounces (1 package) Beyond Beef®
2 large yellow onions
4 garlic cloves, chopped
3 cups water
2 (15 ounce) can Red Gold® Tomato Sauce
2 (15 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomato
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dried Italian herb seasoning
3 bay leaves
Season Salt
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions

      1. Heat large non-stick dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot; add Beyond Beef®. Cook and stir, breaking the plant-based beef, for 10 minutes or until brown. Stir in onions and garlic; cook for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent.

      2. Add water, sauces, soy sauce Italian seasoning and bay leaves. Continue stirring occasionally; season with salt as desired. Reduce heat to medium; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

      3. Add pasta to mixture, continue to simmer on low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

      4. Remove from heat; remove bay leaves. Serve.
