Beyond Beef Goulash
So so so so so so so good!

16 ounces (1 package) Beyond Beef®
2 large yellow onions
4 garlic cloves, chopped
3 cups water
2 (15 ounce) can Red Gold® Tomato Sauce
2 (15 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomato
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dried Italian herb seasoning
3 bay leaves
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Heat large non-stick dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot; add Beyond Beef®. Cook and stir, breaking the plant-based beef, for 10 minutes or until brown. Stir in onions and garlic; cook for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent.
Add water, sauces, soy sauce Italian seasoning and bay leaves. Continue stirring occasionally; season with salt as desired. Reduce heat to medium; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pasta to mixture, continue to simmer on low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; remove bay leaves. Serve.
