Banana-Walnut Bread

Ingredients
3/4 granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 overripe bananas
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease with unsalted butter a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; set aside.

Place sugar, butter, eggs, salt and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until well combined. Add bananas and flour, beat on low speed until blended completely. Stir in walnuts until combined.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake 43-45 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick insertion comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
