Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread

3/4 granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 overripe bananas, finely crushed
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chocolate chip
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease with unsalted butter a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; set aside.
Place sugar, butter, eggs, salt and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes, or until well combined. Add bananas and flour, beat on low speed until blended. Stir in chocolate chips until combined.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick insertion comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
